Brokerage/Underwriting

For Corporate and Institutional clients, we offer a wide range of brokerage services to Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), Osaka Securities Exchange (OSE) - including OSE-FX, Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) and Tokyo Grain Exchange (TGE). In addition, we also provide Block Trading & Public Tender Offer agency services.

We offer our services with speed, flexibility, and innovation to a wide range of clients that include international and domestic Brokerages, Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), Proprietary Trading Firms (High Frequency Trading/Algorithmic Trading), and Hedge Funds. Agency/Intermediation Services

In addition to being an active trading participant of TSE, OSE, TOCOM, and TGE we also support our clients to start Introducing Brokerage(IB) business in Japan.

We accept the agency/intermediation contracts (agreement) for these exchanges and provide extensive support to our clients including the guidance of front, back, and middle systems, and registration documentation to each of these exchanges in addition to providing the necessary general support for the start operations in Japan.
